Course I and II (Gazetted) belong to the course of officials whose transfers, appointments, offers and superannuation are published on a yearly basis in the standard gazette of State or Union Government.
The Federal government of India has programs to blend Group N into Group C. Class I or Group A is definitely the highest rank course and the Class 4 or Team D is the least. Earlier classification has been Course I (Gazetted), II (Gazetted), II (Non-Gazetted), III and 4. The Central Government of Indian or any State Authorities classifies open public employees into Group A (Gazetted/Executive), Group B (Gazetted), Team W (Non-Gazetted), Team M and Group D.
